One Piece Delivery® (dba Vanmen) Terms of ServiceEffective Date: March 1, 2025Last Updated: February 26, 2025

Welcome to One Piece Delivery® (doing business as Vanmen), a premier moving and delivery service specializing in small-scale relocations and single-item transportation. By engaging our services through vanmen.co, onepiecedelivery.com, telephone (888-998-8854), text message, email, or in-person agreements, you (“Client”) agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.

    1.    Services1.1 Scope: One Piece Delivery® provides moving and delivery services for small-scale moves and individual items within Broward, Miami-Dade, and Palm Beach counties, utilizing a fleet of vans operated by independent contractors (“Vanmen”). Services include transportation, loading, unloading, and optional assembly or disassembly.1.2 Availability: Services are subject to Vanmen availability and may be scheduled during regular hours or rush periods (7–9 AM, 4–6 PM weekdays), with applicable fees disclosed at booking.1.3 Client Responsibilities: Clients must provide accurate pickup/delivery details, ensure access to locations, and disclose item specifics (e.g., weight, fragility) to facilitate safe transport.
   2.    Booking and Payment2.1 Booking: Clients may request services via vanmen.co, email (info@onepiecedelivery.com), text, or phone (888-998-8854). A booking is confirmed upon mutual agreement of date, time, and estimated cost.2.2 Payment: Fees are due upon completion of services unless prepaid, payable by cash, credit card, or bank transfer. Rates include a base fee per van-hour, a booking fee (waived for multiple vans), and rush hour surcharges, as quoted.2.3 Cancellations: Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled time may incur a $50 fee. No-shows without notice forfeit any deposit.2.4 Refunds: Refunds for overpayment or service issues are at the Company’s discretion, processed within 7 business days.
   3.    Liability and Insurance3.1 Company Liability: One Piece Delivery® coordinates services but is not liable for damage, loss, or delays caused by Vanmen negligence, client misrepresentation, or unforeseen events (e.g., weather, traffic). Liability is limited to the job’s invoiced amount.3.2 Vanmen Liability: Independent Vanmen are responsible for their vans and actions; clients may address claims directly with the assigned Vanman, with Company mediation if requested.3.3 Client Responsibility: Clients assume risk for items not properly packed or disclosed, and for property damage caused by insufficient access (e.g., narrow stairs).3.4 Insurance: Vanmen carry their own coverage; clients are encouraged to insure high-value items separately.
   4.    Conduct and Safety4.1 Respect: Clients agree to treat Vanmen respectfully; abusive behavior may result in service termination without refund.4.2 Safety: Vanmen may refuse unsafe jobs (e.g., overloaded items, hazardous materials) at their discretion, with Company support.
   5.    Intellectual Property5.1 All content on vanmen.co and onepiecedelivery.com (e.g., logos, text) is owned by One Piece Delivery® and may not be reproduced without written consent.
   6.    Dispute Resolution6.1 Disputes shall be resolved through negotiation. If unresolved, mediation in Fort Lauderdale, Florida precedes legal action under Florida law in Florida courts.
   7.    Modifications7.1 One Piece Delivery® may update these Terms, effective upon posting at vanmen.co. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
